- Rundown drafting + review with couple
- Guest RSVP tracking + seating chart
- Rehearsal coordination
- On-day execution with 5–8 crew on site
- Post-wedding vendor payment follow-up
Wedding Decoration
- Concept design + colour moodboard
- Floral installation (ceremony arch, aisle, reception centrepieces)
- Stage backdrop fabrication
- Ceremony structure (mandap, garden arch, or ballroom backdrop)
- Table styling (centrepieces, chargers, menu cards)
- Signage system (welcome sign, seating chart, direction, menu, thank-you)
- Lighting design (uplighting, fairy lights, candles)
- Full setup + teardown crew

Before you WhatsApp us.
Ideal: 6 to 12 months. Peak wedding seasons (November to February, August to September) tend to fill 12+ months out. Off-peak dates can often be booked 3 to 6 months ahead. We take last-minute requests when crew is available, but earlier gives us time to do it well.
Planning = logistics, coordination, rundown, vendor management, on-day execution. Decoration = the visual side, florals, backdrops, table styling, signage. Most couples book both. But they can be booked separately if you already have one piece covered.
Yes. If you already have a photographer, MUA, videographer or florist you love, we work with them. Coordinating with your existing vendors is part of our Planning service.
Yes. We’ve delivered weddings across Malaysia including Johor and beyond. Travel cost is transparently listed in the quote, no hidden fees.
No problem. We do site visits to any venue in Malaysia. We may need extra logistics time for unfamiliar venues, but new venues are welcome.
Yes. We’ve delivered weddings blending different customs (see Jordan & Chandni or Mathysuthen & Pavitra in our portfolio). We work closely with both families to respect each tradition, and design décor that visually rhymes without one culture overpowering the other.
