Corporate Event Planning — venue sourcing, rundown design, vendor management, registration flow, AV brief, stage management. We've delivered for brands across Malaysia: OCBC, ISUZU, Mahkota Medical Centre, Julie's, Auricle Asia, and more.

Corporate Decoration

Corporate Decoration — stage backdrops, themed dressing, brand-consistent signage, photo opportunities that double as content for your team's socials.

First call

30-min chat about your vision, date, guest count and budget. WhatsApp or video, your call.

Proposal & moodboard

Within 5–7 working days: concept, visual moodboard, and a costed package option (or two).

Refine & confirm

We refine together until it feels right, then sign-off + 30% deposit holds your date.

Planning runway

Vendor coordination, rundown drafting, run-through with you. We send monthly check-in updates.

On the day

Full crew on site from setup to teardown. You enjoy the day. We handle the rest.
